  • Yes! All of our items are entirely made-to-order. Your dream dessert guides our recipe, meaning we customize flavors, designs, and themes to match your specific celebration perfectly.

  • Because everything we do is completely customized, we don't have a traditional automated checkout. Instead, click “Place an Order" and fill out the form with your dream dessert details, then click “Bake My Wish” to submit your request. We will review your vision and contact you directly to confirm details and finalize payment.

  • Once we review your request form and confirm your vision and date, we will send you a secure invoice or payment link. Your order is officially booked on our calendar once payment is received.

  • Because we are a small-batch, owner-operated kitchen, we take on a limited number of wishes each week. We recommend submitting your request form at least 2 to 3 weeks before your event to secure your date on our baking calendar.

  • Because ingredients are sourced and prep work can vary for each custom order, changes or cancellations must be made at least 7 days before your scheduled date.

  • To ensure your desserts arrive safely and on time, all orders are hand-delivered directly by the owner-operator. We serve the following areas within Florida:

    • Hernando County: FREE delivery

    • Citrus, Sumter, & Pasco Counties: $10 delivery fee

    • Pinellas & Hillsborough Counties: $20 delivery fee

    • Other Florida Counties: Custom delivery quote provided upon request

  • The Whisking Well proudly operates under local Cottage Food Law regulations. This means your treats are lovingly handcrafted in a private home kitchen rather than a mass-production commercial facility. We maintain strict hygiene and safety standards to ensure every bite is as safe as it is delicious.

  • Every single item is made from scratch by the owner-operator, Kyla Velazquez. You get dedicated, personalized attention from the first flour dust to the final decorations.

  • While we can modify recipes to exclude certain ingredients (like gluten or dairy) exactly as you wish, please note that our home kitchen handles common allergens like nuts, wheat, dairy, and eggs. We cannot 100% guarantee a completely cross-contamination-free environment for severe allergies.
